Submission FAQ
What happens after I submit?
After submission, our team will review your project details and files within 24-48 hours. We'll then contact you to discuss the next steps, provide a quote, and establish a timeline.
What file formats do you accept?
For audio files, we prefer WAV or AIFF formats (24-bit, 44.1kHz or higher). For project files, we accept most DAW formats including Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton, FL Studio, and more.
How do you handle revisions?
All our services include a set number of revision rounds. After receiving your initial draft, you can request changes until you're completely satisfied with the result.
How are payments handled?
We typically require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
